Board of Directors
Under our Board’s direction, SHSA will focus on the following Critical Success Factors to impact and influence safety for our members in the service and hospitality industry:
- Reduction in claims frequency
- Lower WCB costs and rates
- Training programs that are current and provide safety and claims management training
- Increased exposure for the Safety Association
- Safety advocacy on issues addressing the public good .e.g. safe needles, situational awareness training and education, youth in the workplace and other topical issues as they present themselves.
