Some employers may be worried about training millennial’s in their workplace.  They learn differently, work differently, and are motivated differently than those generations before them.  But it’s not all bad news. 

For starters, millennial’s actually want to be trained!  They want to learn, to understand the purpose of their job, and to collaborate with their team.  These attributes can lead to a very efficient and productive workforce.

People born between 1981 and 2000 are all grown up and they’re taking the workplace by storm. More and more baby boomers are retiring and millennial’s are on track to take their place as the dominant generation, making up 75% of the workforce by 2025.
