Official Partnership Announcement to better support the Community Services Industry!
Service Hospitality is pleased to announce our new partnership with SARC to support the community services industry better. First, a little bit about them. They’re a provincial association of approximately 100 community-based organizations dedicated to supporting people in their communities to live life to their full potential! They do this by providing services to non-profit organizations to expand their potential and support their work within their communities. SARC has over five decades of experience supporting non-profits in training, consulting, services, and leadership. Learn more about them here!
We will work together to create a specialized program to improve workplace health and safety in the community services industry through our Health and Safety Leadership (HSLC) program. This will be the first of its kind in Canada!
The new community services-focused HSLC will allow employers in these industries to use the training they have already completed with SARC as credit toward their health and safety program certification. This means less work, more recognition for the employer, and fewer redundancies between organizations. This is a win, win, win!
