PECC Expands Their Health And Safety Program
PECC (Provincial Emergency Communication Centre—CanOps) continues to grow its health and safety program. It has achieved the milestone of being the first organization to complete the integrated psychological health and safety evaluation, HSLC levels 1 and 2. It has added HSLC level 3 to its impressive health and safety resume.
To share their journey, Silke Turner, Project GIS Specialist & OHC Co-Chair and the team at PECC –
“Working with Service Hospitality to achieve the progressive HSLC certification levels has been a very positive experience. From the beginning, Service Hospitality demonstrated its commitment to excellence by giving us a comprehensive understanding of the certification process and what we needed to do to achieve our goals.
The process and requirements are clearly defined. Service Hospitality guided us through the process step by step and ensured we understood what was required of us. Their entire team has been knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process and is always available to answer our questions in a timely manner.
Service Hospitality’s extensive materials and templates have been an invaluable starting point and time saver for developing OHS materials quickly customized to our organization. The materials lend themselves well to immediate on-the-ground use, allowing our organization to start moving the needle on tangible goals very quickly.
Service Hospitality also provides a wide selection of ongoing courses, materials, and support to ensure long-term success and achievement of goals beyond the initial certification. Also, the materials are continuously updated to reflect the latest legislative requirements and most current OHS best practices, and Service Hospitality makes these updates easily accessible to customers through a variety of convenient formats, including flexible training options.
Both the virtual and face-to-face training sessions have proven very productive and useful. This gives us peace of mind that we have the tools in place to provide an ongoing safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients. It is clear that Service Hospitality truly cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their success. Thank you, Service Hospitality, for everything you’ve done for us!”
Congratulations to the Provincial Emergency Communication Centre – CanOps!
