Service Hospitality is excited to introduce the Small Employer Safety Evaluation! This innovative tool helps small businesses quickly and easily assess their safety programs and provides an Action Plan to help fill in the gaps.
Who This Tool Is For
The Small Employer Safety Evaluation Tool is tailored for:
- Employers with ten or fewer employees
- Employers with uncomplicated operations
- Employers of all sizes and operations looking to assess their compliance with basic organizational health and safety requirements
If your organization has ten or fewer employees and is pursuing our Health and Safety Leadership Certificate (HSLC), completing this tool will fulfill the Level 1 Safety Evaluation requirement. For organizations with more than ten employees pursuing HSLC, a Safety Evaluation with a Service Hospitality Safety Advisor is mandatory in most cases.
How It Works
The Small Employer Safety Evaluation makes checking if your organization meets essential health and safety standards and practices easy. Completing the straightforward questionnaire will identify areas of your safety program that need improvement. Once finished, you’ll receive a customized Action Plan via email. This plan will include templates, tools, training recommendations, and other valuable resources to help you address any gaps in your safety program.
