CEO’s New Year Message: Healthier and Safer Environments, Together!

Dear Members of Service Hospitality,

Happy New Year! As we begin 2025, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued engagement with Service Hospitality. This is the perfect time to reflect on all we’ve accomplished together and the exciting opportunities we look forward to in the future.

We’ve made significant strides in strengthening the Health Safety Leadership Certificate (HSLC) with a refreshed program designed to help you build your capacity for success. Receive personal consultation all the way through, utilize our new safety evaluation tool, and participate in on-demand, virtual, or in-person training; there’s no shortage of resources to support your certification goals!

We also encourage you to actively participate in our membership community by attending fellow members’ tradeshows and events, developing partnerships, or becoming a sponsor. We are truly stronger together, and your involvement helps create a network of shared knowledge and success.

Safety isn’t just about physical wellbeing – psychological health is integral to everything we do. We invite you to join our Mental Health Best Practice Group to collaborate and improve initiatives that benefit everyone. Additionally, we are committed to youth and new worker safety. Be sure to participate in Youth Safety Education Day this September and develop tailored strategies to support these vulnerable groups in your workplace.
