What is Safety and Health Week?
Safety and Health Week is an annual event designed to raise awareness about the importance of preventing injuries and illnesses in the workplace, at home, and in the community. It brings together employers, workers, and partners across Canada in a united effort to promote health and safety in every aspect of life.
This year’s theme emphasizes engagement, education, and empowerment, encouraging all of us to be active participants in creating safe environments.

How to Enter:
- If you are an Occupational Health Committee (OHC) member, put on a workplace health and safety activity OR take part in an OHC-led activity during Safety & Health Week.
a) Submit a photo or description of the workplace health and safety activity – submit to info@servicehospitality.com - Entries must be submitted by Friday, May 10, at 5:00 PM.
The winner will be announced the following week!
