Service Hospitality’s Health and Safety Leadership Certificate (HSLC) is the standard for health and safety in our members’ workplaces.
If fulfills our mission to build the capacity of our members to prevent workplace injuries and is guided by our core Values, recognizing organizations that embody these principles in everything they do.
In that vein, we commend Hope’s Home Incorporated on their HSLC Level 1 achievement!
Hope’s Home Inc. provides inclusive, medically integrated care for children, a mission grounded in compassion, trust, and responsibility. Achieving HSLC Level 1 is a reflection of their 
commitment to creating a safe and healthy work environment for their employees, and the children and families they support.
This process included the completion of a safety evaluation that identified key opportunities for Hope’s Home to prioritize in strengthen their existing safety practices.
This first level of success is the result of senior leadership and Occupational Health Committee commitment to building a strong, proactive safety foundation and embedding compliance in the way they operate every day.
With Service Hospitality’s guidance and support, this is the beginning of a journey that integrates positive safety culture into business processes – setting an incredible example for others in the child care sector.
