National Safety and Health Week CONTEST
National Safety and Health Week – May 4 to May 9, 2026
In Saskatchewan, raising awareness for injury and illness prevention shows up in small, everyday moments:
- Before a shift, a supervisor redistributes workload before employees becomes overwhelmed.
- During a stressful moment, a coworker steps in with, “I can help with this!”
- After a hard day, a team talks through a challenging situation and helps everyone feel safe to ‘let go,’ making sure no one goes home carrying emotions from the day alone.
Taking a moment changes how work feels.
In community service and hospitality industries, work is emotional. Stress leading to burnout is real.
This Safety and Health Week, Service Hospitality encourages you to step into the spotlight.
