With the ever-evolving changes occurring with COVID-19, we are temporarily unable to provide our in-person training. However, we have shifted to offer these through the use of online webinars. Continue your HSLC training, every Tuesday, through our online webinars!

Further to our HSLC training, we’re offering our safety webinar series, every Thursday, which will cater to all learning styles by including videos, lectures and chat participation on a wide variety of topics. Prevention is the key to reducing injuries, whether the injury occurs at home, school or in the workplace. These courses will cover topics such as mental health, safety at home, school or in the workplace and will feature special guest presentations. 


FREE Tuesday Webinars: 



Hospitality Safety Leadership Certification (HSLC) Training virtually on HSLC Levels 1, 2 & 3, regularly priced at $500 per course. These will occur once per week on an ongoing basis. But getting on top of these issues doesn’t necessarily mean creating an entirely new system. Learn how to add psychological health and safety elements in your existing Safety Management System.

Ready to learn all things safety? We will run through the basics of health and safety in the workplace from worker rights and responsibilities, the role health and safety committees play, workplace hazards, violence, harassment, bullying, PPE and more!

Topic:  Beyond the Curve; How to Return to Work Safely

10 – 10:30 am (CST) 

The spread of COVID-19 appears to be diminishing, prompting employers to begin reopening their businesses and welcoming back employees. Employers need to be ready to confront the issues concerning a post-pandemic workplace. Business guidance and safety requirements are rapidly changing. Join us to discuss the changes that employers must be ready for in the coming weeks and safety measures to keep up with best practices. 

Topic:  Ergonomic Essentials

10 am – 12:00 pm (CST) 

Ergonomic injury is the highest single cause of injury, and injury costs. Typical types of injuries include back, shoulder and repetitive strain injuries. Most of these injuries can be reduced and prevented by optimizing the interaction between workers and the work they are performing. 

Topic:  Mental Health & Well-Being

1 – 2 pm (CST) 

Mental health affects everything in a person’s life, including relationships, success in school, and even physical health. Anxiety, stress and change are a normal part of life that everyone faces, but how individuals deal with them can have a big impact on their mental health.  Join us for this health curriculum-aligned presentation for grade 7 and 8 students.
