Harassment Prevention in Hospitality: Beyond the Policy

Workplace harassment is ending businesses, ruining lives (of both the alleged, even if not proven, harasser and the alleged, even if not proven, complainant) and is all over the media. It’s imperative that leaders take immediate action because there can be dire consequences that can last a lifetime.

This course will cover:

  • The definition and consequences of workplace harassment

  • Your organization’s legal requirements to protect your staff and business from harassment

  • How to proactively prevent harassment in the workplace

  • How Supervisors and Managers should respond to and handle reports of harassment

Recommended for:

  • Managers, Supervisors, Human Resources, or other leadership roles who are responsible for preventing and handling complaints of workplace harassment.
