Mental Health Capacity Builders, Coming Soon to a Saskatchewan School Near You!

In early May, the Government of Saskatchewan announced the success of the Mental Health Capacity Building initiative. This initiative began as a pilot project to benefit the mental health of Saskatchewan students. The pilot took place in five high schools across the province to serve as a mental health resource hub for students. This initiative will expand to additional schools across the province this fall!

This course explores mental health, mental illness, and anxiety, common causes and symptoms of anxiety, mental health coping strategies and a range of resources and supports.
