Service Hospitality Leading the Way

Every year, Service Hospitality formally recognizes an employee with a Safety Champion Award. In Service Hospitality, this is someone who leads the way in our own health and safety management system by setting a good example and inspiring others to make positive changes. They also advocate and demonstrate their commitment to creating a psychologically healthy and safe workplace at Service Hospitality, going above and beyond their regular job duties and expectations.

This year, our Safety Champion was selected for displaying safe behaviours in the workplace through incident reporting, ‘you’ve been caught doing something good’ reporting, making safety a top priority in their day-to-day work activities through leadership, championing a positive workplace culture, and contributing ideas to help improve and support the organization’s internal safety system. 

Please join us in congratulating Alison Wall, Director of Strategic Partners and Planning! Alison actively participates and provides invaluable feedback on all health and safety matters, keeping safety top of mind and challenging the team to think outside the box. While not being a member of our Occupational Health Committee, Alison is a strong advocate of all their activities and continually supports them.
